Alasdair Kent will play Conte d'Almaviva in Il barbiere di Siviglia at the Cincinnati Opera on July 6th and 8th; Vassilis Kavayas and Marco Filippo Romano will sing the roles of Conte d'Almaviva and Don Bartolo in Il barbiere di Siviglia staged at the Savonlinna Festival from July 10th to 22nd; two more dates (July 13th and 22nd) for Il barbiere di Siviglia at the Arena di Verona, with Vasilisa Berzhanskaya (Rosina), Nicola Alaimo (Figaro) and Antonino Siragusa (Conte d'Almaviva); Shanul Sharma will be Conte d'Almaviva in Il barbiere di Siviglia for the Opera Australia's national tour starting on July 14th; Giuliana Gianfaldoni (Fiorilla), Manuel Amati (Don Narciso) and Gurgen Baveyan (Prosdocimo) will perform in Il Turco in Italia at the Festival della Valle d'Itria from July 18th; Daniele Macciantelli will be Selim in Il Turco in Italia on stage from July 31st at the Schloss Kirchstetten KassikFestival.
