Festival Giovane kicks off

The programme of the Festival Giovane 2024, the section of the Rossini Opera Festival dedicated to the young talents of the future, was presented this morning at Villa Meuccia Severi, the seat of the Foundation of the same name.

After two weeks of lessons in vocal interpretation, musicology and stagecraft, thematic conferences and masterclasses, the 36th edition of the Accademia Rossiniana “Alberto Zedda” will close on Monday 15 July at 8.30 pm at the Teatro Rossini with the customary Closing Concert, during which the students, accompanied on the piano by Rubén Sánchez-Vieco, will perform pages from Rossini’s operatic repertoire.
