The Concerti al Museo return

The Concerti al Museo, the Rossini Opera Festival Concert Series featuring pupils of the  Accademia Rossiniana “Alberto Zedda” 2022, may be heard again at the Museo Nazionale Rossini.  From the 1st to the 16th August, the Museum will offer five Rossini recitals for voice and piano, accompanied by Marco Camillini. Free entrance (subject to availability).

The first concert will take place on Monday 1st August at 11.00 a.m., and will be given by Irene Celle (soprano) and Janusz Nosek (baritone).  Irene Celle will sing Amenaide’s Recitative and Aria “Gran Dio! Deh, tu proteggi!... Giusto Dio che umile adoro” from Tancredi; Janusz Nosek will present Geronio’s Aria “Se ho da dirla avrei molto piacere” from Il Turco in Italia; Irene Celle and Janusz Nosek will offer the Duet between Fiorilla and Don Geronio “Per piacere alla signora” from Il Turco in Italia.

The second concert in the series Concerti al Museo will take place on Friday 5th August at 11.00 a.m., featuring Dave Monaco (tenor), Stefan Astakhov (baritone) and Georgy Ekimov (bass).
