The second Concert

The second concert in the Rossini Opera Festival series Concerti al Museo featuring pupils of the Accademia Rossiniana “Alberto Zedda” 2022 will take place at the Museo Nazionale Rossini.  From the 1st to the 16th August, the Museum will offer five Rossini recitals for voice and piano, accompanied by Marco Camillini. Free entrance (subject to availability).

The concert will take place on Friday 5th August at 11.00 a.m., and will feature Dave Monaco (tenor), Stefan Astakhov (baritone) and Georgy Ekimov (bass).

Stefan Astakhov will offer Figaro’s Cavatina “Largo al factotum” from Il barbiere di Siviglia; Georgy Ekimov will sing Assur’s Aria “Deh, ti ferma.. ti placa .. perdona..” from Semiramide; Dave Monaco and Stefan Astakhov will present the Duet of Count Almaviva and Figaro “All’idea di quel metallo” from Il barbiere di Siviglia.

The third concert in the series Concerti al Museo will be given on Friday 12th August at 11.00 a.m., with Irene Celle (soprano) and Janusz Nosek (baritone).
