The Accademia Rossiniana 'Alberto Zedda' and the Accademia Musicale 'Bernardo De Muro' of Tempio Pausania present La Cenerentola, directed by Andrea Solinas and staged by Matteo Anselmi, with sets by Lorenzo Mazzoletti, costumes by Viola Sartoretto and lighting by Umberto Camponeschi, at the Teatro del Carmine on the 14th and 16th October. The cast includes Tamar Ugrekhelidze (Angelina), Marco Puggioni (Don Ramiro), Carlo Sgura (Dandini), former Accademia Rossiniana member Gianluca Lentini (Don Magnifico), Aleksandra Szmyd (Clorinda), Claire Coolen (Tisbe), and Valerio Pagano (Alidoro). Orchestra and Chorus are from the Accademia Musicale 'Bernardo De Muro'.

Cristian Della Chiara, Director General of the ROF, said at the presentation press conference in Tempio Pausania: "We are happy to have reached the first step of a project that links the Accademia Rossiniana 'Alberto Zedda' to the Accademia Musicale 'Bernardo De Muro' and that we have been working on for months. A time that we have also spent forging friendships with the representatives of the Accademia, in particular Maestro Fabrizio Ruggero, and with the entire Tempio community. We are very curious to see the debut of this performance. While waiting for us to meet at the theatre on 14 October, I extend an affectionate "good work" and a big "good luck" to the company that is working on the staging".

The Intendant Ernesto Palacio, also Director of the Accademia Rossiniana said: "Our collaboration was born first and foremost in the name of Rossini, for whom we are always in the forefront with our Academy. The artists involved are all very young, at the beginning of their careers. They have attended masterclasses with me and are all debuting in the role in this opera. We are always open to collaborations of this kind, which allow us to spread Rossini's music everywhere and expand our Academy's activities to new young artists."
