Everyone to the ROF Talks!

The first three days of the ROF are the most exciting and full of anticipation. On the mornings of the first three performances, at 12 noon in the Sala della Repubblica at the Teatro Rossini, the ROF Talks take place – sessions presented by Rai journalist Susanna Franchi that combine discussions of current affairs with conversations with the director and conductor of the opera being performed that evening. This year’s programme is as follows: 11 August Oggi è il giorno del gran viaggio – Opening of the Rossini Opera Festival 2026; 12 August L’opere più squisite d’autori prelibati – Presentation of the programme for the Rossini Opera Festival 2027; 13 August Una voce poco fa – Music academies: between tradition and innovation.
