The Donors at the dress rehearsal

Becoming a Donor means gaining behind-the-scenes access to the Festival, taking part in the projects that bring it to life throughout the year. For the upcoming edition, one of the most significant moments reserved for Donors will be attending the dress rehearsal of an opera on the programme: a unique experience allowing you to observe the artistic and technical work up close during its most delicate phase, when every element – from direction to music, from set design to costumes – finds its final balance. What will make this moment even more special is sharing the experience with the young participants in the Crescendo per Rossini project, creating an opportunity for the public, the younger generation and performing arts professionals to come together.

Join the Donors community now to gain access to this special moment! You can contribute by making a donation via the dedicated page. Thanks to the Art Bonus scheme, both individuals and companies can benefit from a tax credit of up to 65% of the amount donated. US supporters can also contribute via Every.org; the Festival collaborates with Myriad USA (501(c)(3)), enabling access to the tax benefits provided for under US law.
Donors’ support is directed towards a wide range of Festival initiatives. The ‘New Generations – Crescendo per Rossini’ project promotes programmes aimed at schools and third-sector organisations, with the aim of providing the tools to understand opera and use music as a means of growth and awareness. At the same time, the focus on “New Performers” translates into support for the Accademia Rossiniana Alberto Zedda, an international centre of excellence for the training of young Rossini artists. These initiatives are complemented by work on “New Productions”, the creative heart of the Festival, which involves all ROF staff in the creation of new productions within its own workshops.
