Our Festival rediscovers and brings Rossini’s music back to life in its original form.
Thanks to the work of Fondazione Rossini, we have revived forgotten masterpieces such as Zelmira and Il viaggio a Reims, both performed in 2025.
With your help, we can continue our mission and share Rossini’s legacy with audiences around the world.
YOUNG ARTISTS
The Accademia Rossiniana “Alberto Zedda” welcomes around 20 young singers each year from across the globe to take part in a specialized training course in Rossini’s vocal style.
They are provided with the tools they need to build a professional career and bring Rossini’s music all around the world.
With your help, we can offer scholarships to the students which will also cover their accommodation and living expenses.
EDUCATION
The project Crescendo per Rossini was created to introduce students of any age to Rossini’s life and music.
Activities are tailored for all grades and also involve organizations in the social sector.
In 2025, 106 schools participated with a total of 2,400 children.
With your support, we aim to reach more students by involving additional classes expanding the program to new areas.
INCLUSIVITY
The Festival strives to be an inclusive and accessible space for everyone.
In 2025, Zelmira was accompanied by an audio guide to enhance the experience for all audience members.
Thanks to your support, we can take our work on inclusion and accessibility projects even further.
ROF GREEN
The Festival is committed to reducing its environmental impact through concrete actions: lowering emissions, minimizing plastic use, optimizing energy consumption, and adopting sustainable practices in every area of our work.
For the past four years, all our staff have used reusable water bottles to help protect the environment
With your help, we can provide a ROF water bottle to every student of the “Alberto Zedda” Academy and build together a more sustainable future.
