Support Le Siège de Corinthe

For 46 years, the Festival has staged all the operas by the celebrated composer from Pesaro. Thanks to the research of the Rossini Foundation, masterpieces of Rossini’s opera have been brought back to life. Every year, the Festival’s artisans create the sets and costumes, bringing to life the creative visions of the greatest directors.

The 2026 Festival will feature a new production: Le Siège de Corinthe, conducted by Carlo Rizzi and staged by Davide Livermore.

How we will thank you

New projects and new Ideas

Behind every new production are weeks of planning, hundreds of hours of work in the carpentry and costume department, and set and costume designers who bring the directors’ visions to life. Every staging requires over 240 hours of construction, involving dozens of professionals including stagehands, electricians, props masters, and costume makers. Every costume is born from meticulous work: patterns, cutting of fabric, stitching, and finishing touches, right down to the last detail before the debut. During the Festival, the technical teams work non-stop to assemble, dismantle, and adapt the stage sets for three different operas in just a few days.
