A special journey in the name of Rossini
Since 1989, the Accademia Rossiniana has welcomed young talents from all over the world for an intensive programme dedicated to Rossini singing. Lessons, masterclasses and encounters with leading professionals provide the tools needed to build a solid and lasting career.
Those who join the Accademia do more than study: they become ambassadors of Rossini’s legacy worldwide.
Our Academy dedicated to Alberto Zedda
Alberto Zedda was a key figure in the history of the Rossini Opera Festival and a driving force behind the Rossini Renaissance. He founded and led the Accademia Rossiniana, shaping generations of performers.
Since 2017, the Accademia has been directed by Ernesto Palacio, who continues Zedda’s vision by training a new generation of artists now performing on the world’s major stages.
