Guillaume Tell in streaming.
In the these days when it’s advisable to stay at home, the ROF wants to keep its old and new fans company by streaming some of its most recent productions throughout the whole month of March. After the
Reims Marathon last weekend in which we streamed the last four productions of
Il viaggio a Reims sung by the pupils of the Accademia Rossiniana we have now decided to embark in a much broader and ambitious enterprise called
Soirées musicales in collaboration with Unitel and Ricordi.
We will stream a cycle of operas from the last decade of the ROF. Starting on Sunday March 15 with
La scala di seta (2009), Wednesday March 18
Zelmira (2009), Saturday March 21
Sigismondo (2010), Tuesday March 24
Adelaide di Borgogna (2011), Friday March 27
Mosè in Egitto (2011), Monday March 30
Ciro in Babilonia (2012), Thursday April 2
Matilde di Shabran (2012). All operas will be aired at 8:30 pm. To conclude the cycle we will end with the 2013 production of
Guillaume Tell, that will be streamed on Tuesday April 7 on the OperaVision platform (www.operavision.eu) and will be available until Tuesday July 7.
Except for
Guillaume Tell, the operas will be streamed on the Festival’s website (www.rossinioperafestival.it) and will be available for the next 24 hours. On our social media channels you will find exclusive content, trailers, “making of” videos, greetings from the singers and rehearsal pictures in order to make this experience even more compelling.
