ROF XL, the 2019 programme

The 40th Rossini Opera Festival (11-23 August 2019) will present two new productions: Semiramide (conductor: Michele Mariotti, director: Graham Vick, and L'equivoco stravagante (conductor: Carlo Rizzi, directors: Moshe Leiser and Patrice Caurier), the revival of Demetrio and Polibio, staged in 2010 in Pesaro by Davide Livermore, directed by Paolo Arrivabeni; Il viaggio a Reims, starring the pupils of the Accademia Rossiniana "Alberto Zedda" (18 and 20 August) and, on 21 August, the ROF XL Gala to celebrate the 40th edition of the Festival.
The Festival will open with Semiramide on 11 August (replied on 14, 17, 20) and will continue with Demetrio e Polibio, on 12 August (replied on 15, 18 and 23), and L'equivoco stravagante on 13 August (replies on 16 , 19 and 22).
