For each performance, please indicate a possible alternative date and choice of seating area. Please specify the form of payment that you prefer.
Do not request more than four seats for any one performance.
Do not include any money with your order.
Orders will be dispatched in strict chronological order as they arrive.
The Festival Box Office will advise patrons by post of the seats that have been reserved and of the cost of the tickets, which are subject to a 10% booking fee.
Upon receiving confirmation of their bookings, patrons should pay the specified amount as quickly as convenient. In the case of telephone bookings, payment should be made within 72 hours of confirmation of the reservation.
The two methods of payment that are acceptable are:
Do not use any other form of payment.
Seats will be considered automatically and definitively reserved upon receipt of payment.
Bookings will be cancelled if payment arrives late or in an unsatisfactory form. Any sums of money received will be returned.
Money will not be refunded to patrons who do not use their reserved seats.
The Teatro Rossini Box Office will be open every day between 1. and 23 August, 2012, from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 16.00 to 18.30
A ticket office will be open in each theatre one hour before the beginning of each performance.
All reservations for every Festival performance may be claimed from the Teatro Rossini Box Office.
All reserved tickets must be claimed within half an hour of the beginning of each performance, otherwise the bookings will be cancelled and no money will be refunded.
